National Pioneers Conference (NPC) 2010

National Pioneers Conference (NPC) is the first conference to kick start the new term for the incoming batch of young leaders of AIESEC in Malaysia. It is the meeting point of all executive board and directorial members to decide on the direction of where AIESEC in Malaysia will be heading for the next one year where all 10 Local Chapters of AIESEC in Malaysia from 10 universities in Malaysia would come to plan and strategize to ensure that AIESEC in Malaysia will achieve continuous growth and excellence. Basically, the OBJECTIVES of NPC would be:

Ensure effective transition of theoretical and practical knowledge to members of the next Executive Board
To create new focus and goals for the upcoming term.
To build a deeper understanding of AIESEC Malaysia and among each Local Committee.
To increase personal knowledge and skills about their respective functional area.
To bond all leaders in AIESEC as a team and work towards a common goal.
To get local leaders to be involve with national plans. Eg, National HIV/AIDS project, Entrepreneurship Project and etc.

For this year NPC, AIESEC in USM is proud to have the privilege to organize it. Not to forget, with our sponsors' contributions, we are able to make this conference a big event. It will be held from 21st-23rd May 2010 at Flamingo Hotel Penang.
